"Sankalp Construction Group" is a construction group formed in 2007. The construction firm is ably lead by Mr. L. R. Chavat Patil who owns M/S. Shilpa constructions is into this business since 1983 and is assisted by Mr. Suhas Laxman Chavat Patil, a Civil engineer also with a Bachelor's degree of Law from Pune University . Sankalp Construction Group is formed with confidante partners Mr. Santosh Subhash Beldare Patil & Suraj S Beldare Patil. Both taking up important roles in the construction activity. The business associate i.e.M/s Shilpa Constructions has completed residential projects of area 1 lakh sq.ft in Pune.
